Welcome!

Thank you for taking the time to read about our pop-up gallery in rural Gloucestershire! We'd love you to visit soon or if you'd like to exhibit, please contact us as we're taking bookings for 2014.

At every exhibition we serve teas & home made cakes in our 1970s caravan using retro china to take you back to the 1950s, 60s and 70s!

We serve our tea in tea pots so you can linger a while....

A beautiful view over the River Severn and Coaley Peak, gorgeous cakes & art-
what more could you ask for?

Zoe Heath's exhibition

Here are a couple of photographs of Zoe's exhibition- thanks John for them! Notice how my top has butterflies and bling to match some of Zoe's beautiful work, and how at home Lindsay is in the horsebox- she was one of the people who helped with the very first art camp and exhibition we had last summer!

For sale

Despite Zoe selling a massive amount of her work, we still have some for sale. Prices are:
art pieces: £5
luggage tags:£2
cards :£3

I will be photographing them and putting them on this blog so you can order direct from me- there will be postage charges on top if you need them sent to you. They are all so lovely, I know you'll want to buy some- and remember they are all unique designs- Zoe never does the same thing twice!

I'll try to put them up tomorrow so keep a look out....

This weekend's exhibition!

We have had the most amazing weekend- meeting so many lovely people who came to support Zoe Heath, purchase her gorgeous art works, and eat too much cake, all to help raise money for SHAPE- fighting malaria in Uganda.

Here are some photographs of everyone having lots of fun at the retro caravan and cafe....

Wow! Zoe's art is amazing!

I'ts incredible how popular Zoe Heath's art works are! Even before the exhibition we have sold out of tags- luckily Zoe is coming to visit us on Sunday so there will be lots more then! In the meantime we still have cards and art works for sale on Saturday!

Everyone who has seen her art adores it, so to be sure of bagging a piece of her work, make sure you come over to The Gallery at the End of the Lane on Saturday 6th and Sunday 7th April- 2.30-5pm.

Art works from £2-£5 - so very affordable in this recession hit time- give yourself a treat and have a delicious slice of homemade cake and a cup of tea, while you're about it! Beautiful views over River Severn and Coaley Peak while you enjoy good company in the retro caravan!

See you then.

It's time for Zoe Heath's exhibition!

This weekend is a really special one for a very good friend. Zoe is a totally self taught artist: she'd been doing beautiful handmade cards for years, but when I saw her work at her home in Wells, Somerset,  last year I knew that it had to "get out there" as it's quirky, whimsical and fun and brings a smile to your face. We all need a bit of cheering up at some point, and Zoe's work will do that.

I knew her work would look fantastic in the gallery, in the old horsebox and so I'm very excited about this weekend.  Zoe is coming up from Wells on Sunday, so if you come over then, you'll get the chance to meet her!

Every afternoon there will be tea, coffee and home made cakes (yes, that's me slaving over the hot stove...) for sale- all proceeds to SHAPE. 10% of gallery sales will also be donated to SHAPE.

You can enjoy sitting in our old "retro" caravan, overlooking Coaley Peak, the River Severn and the Malverns, the Forest of Dean and if you crick your neck, Sugar Loaf Mountain at Abergervenny.... being served tea from retro melamine and china and even a hostess trolley to really get you in a retro mood!

Take a walk in the woods, or over to the Peak, or perhaps Uley Bury, to work up an appetite for that extra slice of cake and another tea, enjoy the coziness of the horsebox as you walk into another world, Zoe's world, of fantasy and whimsy.

We look forward to seeing you there!

PS you'll find the gallery at the very top of Knapp Lane, Coaley. The road has been resurfaced so you won't break your suspension and there's plenty of parking at the top in the woods!
