what's happening to the horsebox?

Hopefully this week progress will be made! Purchase of materials about to happen, then we can start work on renovating. Will try and take some photos to keep you all posted.

Everyone working on the project is a bit knackered- had private view at Stroud College on Friday night- before that it was all hands to the deck to get the exhibitions ready. So now we can start to wind down and concentrate on this new project which we hope will make a difference to people both locally and globally, with the fund raising we carry out. Very exciting times!

What's happening?

Hopefully will have more news after weekend, when back at college, and having meeting in the evening to discuss Secret Artist. Will report more after that!

In the meantime, good news for more community arts- I'm going to be running a community choir, based in Berkeley. I'll keep you informed about that, too!

great news about Secret Artist!

I spent some time today talking to people at the Coaley Jubilee celebrations and the Coaley Art Group and 2 professional artists have agreed to participate, as well as a few others who produce amazing art! Also invited some people to the Stroud Art College end of year show- so hopefully they'll get to see what we get up to!  It's all becoming very exciting- I know that the gallery will be a success- everyone I spoke to thought it sounds amazing (which of course, it is!)

What's happening?

We've had a couple of site meetings to throw ideas around- it's great how whoever I talk to about it, is captured by the idea and wants to help- so thank you everyone so far who has got involved!

Especial thanks to Paul and Don who came to measure up on Friday to work out costings. So now  I need all you artists out there to start producing wonderful work and start inviting your friends to the soft launch on 7 August!
